Brush And Tree Catch Fire In Residents Backyard / La Vergne | 01.28.2023

LA VERGNE, TN | 01.28.2023 | Saturday afternoon, at approximately 1:50pm, La Vergne Fire and La Vergne Police responded to reports of a grass fire behind a residential home on Brittany Drive, cross of Akin Street.

Upon arrival, it was identified that a tree and some brush had flames. Firefighters were able to quickly and successfully extinguish the flames shortly after. No reports of damage to the nearby or surrounding properties and no reports of injuries.

No information was given on how the fire started.
