Protest Gets Shut Down By Sheriffs, Turns Violent As Night Falls / San Bernardino | 05.31.2020

SAN BERNARDINO, CA | 05.31.2020 | Sunday evening, several hours after the protest in San Bernardino began, the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department declared the protest unlawful and warned every participant of the protest to evacuate the area and go home. California Highway Patrol were on scene and continued to block certain intersections that connect to the overhead bridges near the I-215 freeway while the National Guard were on standby. The San Bernardino Co. Fire Department is also out assisting with putting out fires caused by the occurrences.
