Man Airlifted To Hospital After Hitting Bridge, Becoming Entrapped / Culleoka
CULLEOKA, TN | 04.09.2023 | Late Sunday night, at approximately 10:15 PM, first responders were dispatched to a vehicle accident with injuries on Pulaski Highway, cross of Scott Hollow Road in Culleoka.
Firefighters with the Maury County Fire arrived on scene to find that the vehicle, a gray Kia Soul, had hit part of a concrete bridge, entrapping at least one adult.
Upon arrival of Maury Regional EMS, firefighters were able to complete a successful extrication.
Additionally, LifeFlight was requested and was able to airlift the patient to Vanderbilt.
No other known injuries or information was provided at the time.
No deaths were reported in this incident.
