Alleged Plane Reportedly Crashes In Field / Jameson | 09.18.2021

JAMESON, TN | 09.18.2021 | At approximately 8:25pm on Saturday night, the 911 Center for Maury County was alerted by a caller of a plane that had crashed and caught fire. This was reported to be in the Jameson area on Carter Creek, just west of Spring Hill Middle School.

This prompted a large response from the Maury County Sheriff’s, Maury County Fire, Spring Hill Police, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Maury Regional EMS.

As law enforcement and fire personnel arrived on scene, they begun the search for the reported plane that had crashed. They continued to search the area for several hours, each time being unsuccessful due to poor visibility from the night and large search area.

Around 11:40pm, the same night, Incident Command released almost all personnel to be back in service for future calls. At this time, we do not know if anyone has been majorly injured or if there are any deaths caused by the crash.
