Brooke Fire Burns Over 150 Acres On I-15 In The Cajon Pass / Devore | 07.29.2020
DEVORE, CA | 07.29.2020 | #BrookFire - Today, around 3:15pm, firefighters were on scene of a reported brush fire by Interstate 15 freeway in the Cajon Pass.
The fire was reported to be several acres with the potential to reach 50-100 acres. As firefighters began to battle the heavy blaze, flames grew bigger, prompting a 2 alarm request and additional support that included Air Tankers, Water Tenders, Air Attacks, and more.
Last known burn area was reported to be at 185 acres with 10% containment. Fire evacuations were not mandatory during the time.
