Highway Race Causes Fatal Car Crash / Redlands | 05.08.2020

REDLANDS, CA | 05.08.2020 | AT 10:45 at night, the California Highway Patrol was notified of a solo vehicle traffic collision on Interstate 210 South, just North of Interstate 10 in Redlands. The black sedan flipped on its roof, pinning and killing a passenger, while the driver of the sedan fled the scene heading towards a nearby Amazon warehouse.

The driver of the vehicle is a Hispanic male adult, last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, clean saved, and about 5’10 to 6ft in height heading West of 27352 River Bluff Ave. Witness reports that the sedan was driving at a high rate of speed with another vehicle before the crash occurred. Officers from CHP contacted several medical centers and nearby hospitals to see if the suspect may have checked in. CHP is now investigating with Redlands Police.
